Adding a new team member to a practice shouldn't take a day of admin.

In most systems, onboarding a new staff member means setting up accounts in multiple places. Each one is separate. Each one takes time. Each one is another thing that can go wrong.
 

In Panellie, one setup covers everything. Add the team member, enter their details, set their permissions, and send the invitation. They receive an email with their temporary password, set up their account, and they're in  with access to exactly what they need and nothing they don't.

From invitation to active clinician

Add the team member

Go to Teams → Add Team Member. Enter the new team member email address, choose their role, and set a temporary password.
They'll receive an email invitation and use that password to access their account for the first time.

Enter their professional details

Add the team member full name, specialisation or role.
Their professional registration number, Medicare provider number, and Medicare benefit schedule code if applicable.

They set up their account

 The team member receives their invitation email, logs in with the temporary password, and sets up their account from there. No manual setup required from you beyond step three.

 Set their permissions

Open the permissions panel for that team member and select exactly what they can access. A checked item grants access. Unchecked means it's not visible on their side of Panellie. Set permissions once, update them any time.

Permissions

Each team member sees exactly what they need

Permissions are set at the feature level. Clinic owners and managers control access to every part of the platform individually and can update permissions at any time as roles change.

This matters for practices where not every clinician should have access to billing data, or where admin staff need calendar access but not clinical records. Panellie doesn't impose a fixed role structure, it gives you the controls to configure access the way your practice actually operates.

Every team member in Panellie has a full profile covering both their identity within the practice and their professional credentials for billing.
