Set up your billing codes once
Add your billing codes: NDIS numbers, private rates; with duration, price, and GST settings. Colour-code them so they're easy to identify on your calendar. Once they're in, you never touch them again

From the charges view you can approve, edit, or remove individual items before they go out. Adjust a line, correct a duration, delete a charge that shouldn't be billed. Everything is in your hands before the invoice is created.

Different clients require different invoice formats. Panellie lets you set up a layout for each and assigns the right one to each client automatically.
Build each layout by choosing which fields appear, in what order, and with what provider or referral information attached. Once a layout is assigned to a client, every invoice generated for that client follows it without any manual adjustment.

Codes can be set up for NDIS support items, Medicare items, private sessions, and travel. Duration is entered in minutes for sessions or kilometres for travel, so both are billed the right way from the start. Colour-code each billing code and that colour appears directly on your calendar appointment, so the right service is always easy to identify at a glance.
